Harmony Acupuncture and Wellness Center, Inc. - Our business is to focus on our client’s wellness and meet a wide range of these needs with the products and services listed below.

Acupuncture will be provided by two Licensed Acupuncturists. Acupuncture therapy can be provided in a variety of modalities, including Traditional Chinese, Japanese Style, and Trigger Point Therapy. In addition to acupuncture, these systems of treatment include adjunct therapies including electro-acupuncture, moxibustion therapy, cupping, gua sha and acupressure techniques. All of these options may be provided dependent upon client’s diagnosis needs.

Herbal Therapy will also be offered where appropriate. The licensed Acupuncturists are board certified in the use of Traditional Chinese Herbal Therapies and will recommend them to patients following consultation. The clinic will stock a variety of commonly used Chinese herbal formulas from vendors such as Evergreen and Mayway, which will be available for retail sale to clients. In addition, the clinic may order customized formulas, raw herbs, or powdered herbs for clients on an as-needed basis. Herbal prescriptions will be recommended to clients based on consultation with the Acupuncturists, basing recommendations on Traditional Chinese Medical pattern discrimination or Japanese Kampo systems.

Massage Therapy focusing on individualized needs and working with our clients to tailor a program to meet their wellness goals.  Multiple modalities are used based upon our client's needs.  Represented are: Acupressure, Tui Na, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Lymphatic Flow, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Massage.  These modalities serve the specific wellness needs of a wide range of clients from athletes and trainers who need relief from soreness to business people seeking relief from stress.  People with injuries and chronic illness are also able to benefit from the appropriate modalities of massage.  Massage Therapy may be scheduled separately or provided in conjunction with your acupuncture treatment. We also refer out to Corey Stempien, a Neuromuscular Therapist (www.Cspatherapy.com).

Naturopathic Medicine will be integrated into the clinic, although as a separate business entity. The company will share space with Dr’s Wali and Cohn, both Naturopathic Doctors, providing the opportunity to offer their services to our clients. We can, in turn, provide acupuncture and adjunct therapies to the doctor’s clients.
